It all begins with an idea.
The idea came while in preparation for a 2017 brown bear hunt and wanting one of the most universal, toughest, and devastating replaceable blade broadhead on the market. Months of researching, sketching, and talking to some of the industry’s most knowledgeable people led to first CAD development designs. Many said the idea was going to be an engineering feat. 6 years of development and testing has led to a commercially viable product we are proud of!
The Trifecta Broadhead has been tested in flight, different target mediums, and live animals. In testing, giant boars, whitetails, axis deer, aoudads, bison, scimitar horned oryx, and turkey have been taken with the Trifecta Broadhead prototypes.
Now after having a successful product line that made the industry take notice, we continued to evolve further by introducing our patent pending “Pop-n-Lock” mechanical technology. Soon our new DMX design combined with our Titan series technology will take the bowhunting industry by storm!
The Trifecta Broadhead dimensions and make up are:
New TITAN Series Titanium Ferrules
420ss replaceable single bevel blades and tip.
Tip blades are .060” thick and 1/2” wide with an optional 1” wide tip.
Fixed Blades are .080” thick
Mechanical Blades are .032”
Total Cutting Surfaces from 1.5” - 2.5”
ELEVATE Technology:
ELEVATE technology allows the bowhunter to choose to go up in weight just by adding the 25gr collar to the ferrule.
VARIATE Technology:
Patent Pending VARIATE technology allows the bowhunter to choose what configuration they want in the broadhead.
EXAMPLE: On the fixed head ferrule you can choose from a 2 blade with bleeder tip design or make the head a 4 blade design by using the DMX tip blade.
On the mechanical ferrule you will have the choice of a tip blade that acts as a bleeder blade or you can VARIATE your design by making these a hybrid head using the bigger 1” DMX tip blade for more devastation.
DMX Tip Blade sold separately.
POP-N-LOCK Technology:
Patent Pending POP-N-LOCK technology is a blade retention and blade locking tab incorporated on the blades. It prevents the blades from early deployment and from closing up while penetrating the animal.
Our tests have shown breaking or cutting through bone is more beneficial for better blood trails rather than “folding up” or “pivoting” around bone.
Some parts are made in the USA and others sourced globally.
All quality assurance, assembly, and packaging done in Texas.
The Design Engineer -
Rob Schneider
I am a 40+ year archery enthusiast. My grandfather gave me a recurve bow at the age of five and at the age of twelve I harvested my first whitetail. After that first harvest there was no looking back.
In 2008 I started Rattler Grips - Custom Bow Grips, where I designed and developed bow grips to which I became known for in the archery industry. I also helped engineer the Right Release, a release training device and several other archery products.
I am a die-hard wild hog, axis deer, and elk hunter. All of my products are tested in the field to ensure their reliability and effectiveness BEFORE coming to market. We stand behind all of our products 110% and I will do my best to answer all questions PERSONALLY!
LIFETIME WARRANTY
ANY FACTORY DEFECTS WE WILL REPLACE THE BROADHEAD. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
